Built so every reporter can be heard.

Compliance Hotline is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The scorecard below comes from automated testing of every page customers see. The tests run before any change reaches you, and again every night.

Conformance status

Compliance Hotline meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every page our automated tests cover. We label the Service substantially conformant rather than fully conformant for one reason: an independent VPAT 2.5 audit is still in progress, and we don’t claim full conformance until that audit is published. We are targeting publication in Q3 2026.

How we test

  • Automated. Lighthouse and axe-core, the industry-standard accessibility testing tools, check every customer-facing page. Tests run before any change is released to customers, and again every night. A failed test blocks the change.
  • Manual. We test periodically with a keyboard alone and with screen readers on Windows (NVDA) and Apple devices (VoiceOver), covering the same pages as the automated tests.
  • Third-party. We commission an independent audit when a customer requires one or as part of our annual review cycle.

What’s in scope

This statement covers everything a customer or a reporter sees: the public landing page, the anonymous reporter intake (web form and AI chat), the reporter case-status follow-up page, account creation, login and password reset, the case-management application used by administrators and investigators, and email notifications sent by the Service.

Known exclusions

  • Internal administrative tools. Our internal super-administration interface, used only by Exclusion Screening employees to operate the platform, is not within the conformance claim. We accommodate Exclusion Screening employees who need it.
  • User-uploaded content. PDFs, images, audio recordings, and other files uploaded by reporters or investigators are not part of our conformance claim. Their accessibility depends on whoever created them. The same case information is always available inside the web application itself.
  • Third-party services. A few features come from outside providers: billing invoices from Invoiced.com, the security challenge from Cloudflare Turnstile, and telephone calls handled by Dialpad. If you can’t use one of these, contact us and we will set up an alternative way to do the same thing.

Equivalent alternatives

If anything on the site stops you from doing what you need to do, write to us. We will find an alternative way to get you there, take your compliance report by email or phone if the web form isn’t workable, and reply within ten (10) business days.
